These terms and conditions are agreed upon between Sporting Entertainment, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as Sporting Entertainment), with headquarters at Estádio José Alvalade, Rua Professor Fernando da Fonseca, 1600-616 Lisbon, legal entity no. 518835944, and any person using the website (hereinafter referred to as the User) who wishes to make an online purchase through this website.
1. OWNERSHIP
1. The Loja Verde Online Sporting Clube de Portugal Loja Verde Online at lojaverde.sporting.pt is managed by Sporting Entertainment.
2. All content and pages available on the website, as well as all other pages to which it links, are licensed or operated under authorization by Sporting Entertainment.
3. Sporting Entertainment reserves the right, in compliance with applicable legal regulations, to freely modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, whenever necessary and in order to bring them into compliance with applicable law, without the need for prior notice. These modifications are intended to improve the website, while simultaneously enhancing the services offered to the User. Such changes or additions will take effect upon their publication on the website.
4. The User acknowledges that the Content is protected by copyright and related rights, as well as other applicable laws, and belongs to the Sporting Group, comprising all entities in which Sporting Clube de Portugal holds an interest, specifically Sporting Entertainment. Any infringement of intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, or the personality rights and/or property rights of others is expressly prohibited, and such infringement shall be subject to the penalties provided by law and any damages to which the injured parties may be entitled.
2. USER REGISTRATION
1. Sporting Entertainment recommends that Users register ona the lojaverde.sporting.pt subdomain so that we can provide the best service tailored to each User’s needs and preferences. This registration is linked to the www.sporting.pt domain; therefore, Users who are already registered on that domain need only log in to Loja Verde Online.
2. To complete an order, we recommend that you first register on the website by entering your full name, email address, password, and any other required information, following the instructions provided during registration.
3. If you are a member of Sporting Clube Portugal, you must enter your membership information at www.sporting.pt to receive the 10% member discount.
4. By using the Loja Verde Online availing themselves of its services, the User agrees that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete, and the User guarantees that this information will be updated whenever changes occur. If any information provided is incorrect, any contractual obligations on the part of Sporting Entertainment shall immediately become null and void.
5. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from your legal guardians before:

By continuing to use this website or any of the services offered, the minor User confirms that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardians, with whom they must share these Terms and Conditions before completing the registration process.

4. ENTERING INTO THE CONTRACT
Contracts are entered into electronically via the website lojaverde.sporting.pt and are available in Portuguese and English.
5. USE OF CONTENT
1. All content on lojaverde.sporting.pt (logos, images, videos, and text) is the property of the Sporting Group.
2. Any modification, copying, distribution, transmission, publication, licensing, or creation of content or works based on or incorporating the content of Loja Verde Online is strictly prohibited Loja Verde Online prior authorization.
3. Sporting Entertainment may, at any time and at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the content available on the website, without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to compensate third parties.
4. The User agrees to browse and use this website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from using this platform and its content for activities that violate the law, public morality, or the rights and interests of third parties.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, AND DISCOUNTS
1. PRODUCT
1. The warranty periods for products begin when the paid order is shipped by Sporting Entertainment to the address provided by the User.
2. Issues related to warranties for licensed products are handled directly with the product brand; Sporting Entertainment is not responsible for this matter.
3. Product customization is only available for products designated for that purpose.
4. Customization can be done using letters, numbers, and badges; these elements are indicated on the items eligible for this service, and the character limit varies by product.
5. Customization changes cannot be made to orders that have already been paid for.
6. The fulfillment of orders on Loja Verde Online subject to product availability. If a particular product is temporarily out of stock or if the customer has ordered a product that has since sold out, Sporting Entertainment will notify the User via email, offering as an alternative i) other product(s) that correspond to and are similar to the desired item, ii) an estimated date for the product’s restocking. In the worst-case scenario, if the User loses interest in the order, they may choose to cancel it and receive a refund of the amount paid via the same payment method.
2. PRICE
1. The prices of products available online are always listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable statutory rate, unless there is a clear error.
2. Sporting Entertainment reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and terms and conditions at any time.
3. In the event that a product is listed and subsequently sold at an incorrect price or outside the scope of certain expressly stated terms and conditions, such situations will be identified during order processing. The Customer will be informed of such a situation by email, with Sporting Entertainment giving the User the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it and receive a refund of the amount already paid, within 15 days from the date of notification of the situation. If no response is received from the User within 30 days, the process will be considered closed, and there will be no possibility of subsequent corrections or returns regarding the order.
4. Sporting Entertainment is under no obligation to fulfill any order or supply any product whose price is incorrectly listed, provided that the error is obvious, unambiguous, and should have been identified by the User under reasonable circumstances, even if a Payment or Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.
5. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been issued.
6. The prices listed on this website are separate from those in physical stores, although they may occasionally be the same.
7. Once the User has completed their online purchase, all the products they have chosen and wish to purchase will appear in their shopping cart. At the end of the selection process, the User must confirm the selected products, the total purchase amount, and the shipping and billing information, and then complete the payment.
8. Shipping costs may be added to the price of each product and will be included in the final price in the shopping cart.
3. MEMBER DISCOUNT
1. If you are a member of Sporting Clube Portugal, you must enter your membership information in the Profile section of the www.sporting.pt website to receive the 10% member discount. User information is shared with the website www.sporting.pt , so Users who are already registered on that site need only log in to Loja Verde Online.
2. The member discount will only be applied if the User is up to date on membership dues at the time of the online purchase. For members whose dues are 1 month or more overdue, the discount will not be applied.
3. The member discount does not apply to sale items.
4. If the member discount is not applied after the above points have been verified, the User should contact apoiolojaonline@sporting.pt before paying for the order.
5. If the User pays for the order without applying the member discount, we will not refund the amount corresponding to that discount.
6. The member birthday discount is not valid at the Loja Verde Online store.
7. CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS
1. The campaigns and promotions offered by Loja Verde Online are Loja Verde Online necessarily applicable to the Sporting Group’s physical stores and may be exclusive to each channel. Such cases will be clearly identified.
2.Promotional Codes
1. When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotional code entitles the User to take advantage of a promotion related to the purchase of a specific item or a set of items during the period indicated for or associated with the respective promotional code or campaign.
2. Promotional codes are only valid for online purchases made at lojaverde.sporting.pt
3. Promotional codes may not be used for commercial or professional purposes.
4. The promotional code will be automatically applied to the User’s order and will be reflected in the total price of the final invoice; it cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
5. Only one promotional code may be used per order; discounts cannot be combined.
6. Some codes may be intended exclusively for purchases of a specific item.
3. Method of Application
The campaign discounts are automatically applied to the price of eligible products; there is no need to enter a promo code at checkout.
Exchanges and Returns
Returns of products purchased during the "Green November" campaign will be handled in accordance with Loja Verde's standard return policy.
The refund amount for returned products will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, after applying any promotional discounts.
Products not included in the promotion that are purchased as part of the same transaction will not be affected by this refund policy.
Campaign Cancellation or Changes
Loja Verde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the "Green November" campaign at any time, without prior notice, for operational, technical, or commercial reasons.
Any significant changes will be posted on the Loja Verde website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately.
Other Provisions
The "Green November" campaign is intended exclusively for personal purchases and may not be used for commercial purposes.

8. PAYMENT METHODS
When proceeding to complete the order, specifically to make the payment, the User has the following payment options available:

Sporting Entertainment reserves the right to accept only the payment methods listed above.
All orders are valid for 72 hours.
After this period, unpaid orders will be considered canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent to the User.
9. SECURE PAYMENT
1. To minimize the likelihood of unauthorized access to the User’s banking information, the details of the bank card used will be encrypted and sent to the remote electronic payment service provider, ensuring that no third parties can access the transmitted information.
2. Payment by credit card is subject to verification and authorization by the issuing banks. If the card issuer does not authorize the payment, Sporting Entertainment cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver orders and may refuse to enter into a contract with the User.
3. Under no circumstances shall Sporting Entertainment be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including, but not limited to, damages arising from failures or delays in electronic communications, interception or tampering with communications, or the transmission of viruses.
4. The information used for payments is confidential and will not be used by Sporting Clube de Portugal, except to carry out the necessary procedures for purchases or returns.
10. ORDER SHIPPING
1. Delivery of orders is subject to the User’s payment of the shipping charges in effect at the time of the order.
2. Shipping prices include VAT at the current statutory rate.
3. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties determined by the destination country are applicable, and payment of these duties is the sole responsibility of the User. If an order is returned to Sporting Entertainment due to non-payment of customs duties, the User is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. The order will be delivered by the shipping company to the address provided by the User at the time the order was placed. The services and content will be provided in a manner appropriate to their nature.
5. The User will be notified via text message and/or email of the location of their order. If the order is not delivered (for reasons such as the recipient being absent or an incomplete or incorrect address), the User will be notified by the shipping company to reschedule delivery and/or update the delivery address.
6. If the User does not request a rescheduling, and if the carrier is subsequently unable to deliver the order to the recipient, the order will be returned to the Sporting Entertainment warehouse.
7. The User must contact Sporting Entertainment again to reschedule a new delivery, the costs of which will be the User’s responsibility. The User may contact apoiolojaonline@sporting.pt to provide the address to which they wish the order to be reshipped, after first paying the associated shipping costs.
8. If the User does not file a complaint regarding their undelivered order within 30 days, Sporting Entertainment reserves the right to dispose of the products as it sees fit.
9. Sporting Entertainment will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of the products purchased by the User within the stipulated timeframe, provided they are available on the date of purchase.
10. Sporting Entertainment is not liable for any delays in the delivery of orders resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties, specifically those attributable to the shipping company.
11. Orders are shipped only on business days; therefore, weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.
12. Any errors made by the User in their order or changes to it may only be made up until the User confirms the purchase, that is, until payment is made.
13. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more, only for delivery addresses in mainland Portugal. For all other delivery addresses, the shipping rates set by the carrier apply, depending on the delivery time, weight, and destination of the order.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid in accordance with the applicable legal provisions set forth below, specifically Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, without the need to provide a reason or be entitled to compensation.
- Except as expressly stated, the User may freely terminate the contract without paying any compensation and without having to provide a reason, by returning the products within 30 (thirty) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the ordered products at the delivery address.
- The right of withdrawal provided for in the preceding paragraph must be exercised by sending the standard withdrawal form to Sporting Entertainment via email at apoiolojaonline@sporting.pt within the timeframe specified in the preceding paragraph. The form can be obtained by clicking on FORM, duly completed and signed, stating the intention to terminate the contract. Upon receipt of the form, Sporting Entertainment will send the User, within 24 (twenty-four) hours, on a durable medium (e.g., email), a notice of receipt of the termination request.
- To ensure that the cancellation period is observed, you need only send your notice regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
- The right of withdrawal will only be valid and effective if the User returns the product(s) within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which they notified Sporting Entertainment of their decision to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in the preceding paragraph, in the exact same condition in which they were shipped to the address provided by the User, and upon submission of a copy of the proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for products returned to the Sporting Entertainment warehouse may or may not be charged, depending on the following conditions:
- When a User returns a product due to a manufacturing defect, it is Sporting Entertainment’s responsibility to arrange for the product to be picked up or shipped at no cost to the User. For returns, the Loja Verde Online a shipping label at no cost to the customer.
- If the User returns the products simply because they have changed their mind or wish to cancel the purchase, the User is responsible for shipping the products to the address specified in Section 11.6 and in accordance with the instructions in Section 11.4, before the expiration of the deadline set for this purpose, and for covering the associated shipping costs.
- In the case described in point 11.5(ii), products to be returned must be shipped to Estádio José Alvalade, Loja Verde Warehouse – Multidesportivo, 1st Floor, Rua Prof. Fernando da Fonseca 1600-616, Lisbon.
- Sporting Entertainment may withhold the refund until it has received the returned items, or until the User provides proof of shipment.
- The User does not have the right of free termination in contracts where the goods purchased:
- have been customized (meaning goods to which specific features or markings have been added at the customer’s request)
- in contracts where the goods or services purchased, by their nature, cannot be returned
- in the provision of digital content not supplied on a digital medium
- for services that have been fully performed, at the User’s request, before the expiration of the 14-day period for free termination of the contract.
- In the event of termination of this contract, and after confirmation of the condition of the returned products, the User will be refunded only the cost of the products and never the delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of termination of the purchase contract.
- If the User exercises their right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, Sporting Entertainment will refund the amounts paid by the User—including returned products and associated shipping costs—via a digital gift card. If the User prefers another form of refund, they must contact apoiolojaonline@sporting.pt to request it.
- The right to cancel the contract will only take effect if the products are in the same condition as when the User received them. The products must be returned along with all their components (accessories, manuals, labels, packaging materials, etc.). Any products that are damaged, are not in the same condition as at the time of delivery, or show signs of misuse beyond simply opening the packaging will not be accepted. The User must take all necessary care of the item(s) to be returned while they are in their possession. Sporting Entertainment reserves the right not to accept the return of items that do not have the original tag or that have been altered from their original condition, which means they will not be refunded.
- Returns may also be made at one of our physical Lojas Verde stores. You must present a physical copy of the invoice, and the product being returned must meet the conditions set forth in section 11.11.
- During the Christmas season, Loja Verde Online an extended return period for all purchases made between December 1 and 31. Orders placed during this period may be exchanged until January 31, subject to the current general terms and conditions for exchanges and returns.
For purchases made at retail locations, exchanges or returns must be made exclusively at the Loja Verde located at the stadium.
If the new product the User wishes to purchase is not available in the store, they may place their order at the Loja Verde location where they are currently located. The store will ensure that the order is properly forwarded to the warehouse, where it will be processed in accordance with the standard procedure described in sections 11.1 through 11.12.
12. USER OBLIGATIONS
As a condition of the permitted use set forth in these Terms, the User agrees to comply with the following:
Respect the rights of Sporting Group entities and third parties.
1. Not to violate public decency and to comply with all applicable laws, using the Website correctly and appropriately, in strict compliance with these terms and conditions, which you have read, understood, and accepted in full and without reservation;
2. Do not modify the software in any way, nor use modified versions of the software, particularly for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to the Content or any restricted content.
3. Report any issues or errors with your order (such as missing items, damage, or defects) within 30 days of receiving the products. If you do not report such issues within this timeframe, Loja Verde Online guarantee the replacement, return, or refund of the item(s) in question, except in exceptional circumstances provided for by law.
