What should I do if the product I want isn't available for purchase?
If an item is not available for purchase in our Loja Verde Online, the message “Out of Stock” will appear on the product page, and you will not be able to proceed to checkout.
This means that the product is temporarily out of stock and cannot be ordered at this time.
However, you can always select the "Notify me when this item is back in stock" option, and as soon as it becomes available again, you will be immediately notified via the email address associated with your customer account.

Can I customize a product that isn't listed as customizable?
No, only products that offer customization options on the product page can be customized.
Does adding a badge count as customization?
Yes, adding a badge counts as customization.
Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
I bought an official Sporting jersey at another store and would like to have it personalized. Do you offer name and number customization for these items?
If you purchased the jersey at a sports store that carries official Sporting Clube de Portugal merchandise, you can have it personalized by visiting the Loja Verde at José de Alvalade Stadium.
If the items are counterfeit, we will not print on them.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices listed on Loja Verde Online include VAT at the current statutory rate.
Are orders shipped outside the European Union subject to additional charges?
Yes, orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees, in accordance with the laws in effect in the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged by customs authorities upon delivery of the order.
What is the difference between shipping and billing information?
The shipping information corresponds to the delivery address for the order.
The billing information will be used to process the payment for the order.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not cancel orders after they have been paid for. If you wish, you may request a return after receiving your order.
