Shipping Policy and Methods

The delivery time for orders is determined based on:

  • Payday;
  • Payment time;
  • Country of shipment;
  • Stock availability;

 When will I receive my order?

To ensure the best shopping experience, we have listed the estimated delivery times below, based on the time the order is placed:

1. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m.:

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimateddeliverywithin 1 to 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimateddeliverytime is 2 to 10 business days.

2. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m.:

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimateddeliverywithin 2 to 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimateddeliverytime is 3 to 11 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high order volume, such as promotional campaigns or the holiday season. If you have any questions or need more information, our customer support team is available to help.

Shipments are processed onbusiness days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is picked up from Sporting's warehouses by the shipping carrier.

Shipping times do not include delays caused by customs procedures or delays on the part of the shipping company.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

For mainland Portugal and the islands (DPD): You will benotified of your package's location via text message and/or email.

You can check the status of your order by entering the tracking numberhere.

You will also receive the following order shipment notifications via SMS/email:

  • On the day the package is picked up by the shipping company.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a delivery notice (see example above) and a 1-hour delivery window. This time slot is provided by the carrier; if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact DPD and provide the tracking number.
  • A few hours before delivery, you'll receive a link to track your order in real time.

 

For international shipments (DHL): You will benotified of your package's location via text message and/or email.

You can check the location of your order by entering the tracking numberhere.

You will also receive the following order shipment notifications via SMS/email:

  • On the day the package is picked up by the shipping company.
  • A few hours before delivery, you'll receive a link to track your order in real time.
  • You can change the delivery date and address for your order directly with the carrier by clicking on the links sent via email or text message.

 

AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS

Mainland Portugal and Islands (DPD)

  • Delivery to your address;
  • In-store pickup (Free);
  • Pickup at a DPD pickup point;

More than 500 pickup locations across mainland Portugal and the islands, all in convenient spots, for your convenience.

From the shipping options available on Loja Verde Online, simply select "Pickup Point" as your delivery method. Your order will be delivered to the selected pickup point, and you will receive an email and/or text message letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

If no pickup locations are available when you select "Pickup Point" as your delivery option, it means there are no locations associated with the selected ZIP code.

Select the pickup location nearest you during checkout, or clickhere.

International (DHL)

  • Delivery to your address;
  • Pickup at a DHL pickup location

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the destination. The rates listed below apply to shipments weighing up to 5 kg to mainland Portugal and the islands, and up to 3.5 kg for international shipments.

The shipping time is calculated starting from the business day following the pickup of the order at the warehouse.
