We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days to return your order starting from the moment you receive it, subject to the following conditions (as outlined in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions).
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions (as specified in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions):
- We do not accept returns of personalized items (names and/or badges—including player names).
- We do not accept returns of underwear (boxers, socks, bikinis, among others).
- The product must be returned in its original box and/or with its original label.
- The product must be in good condition and complete, in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all accessories, manuals, and consumables.
- The product must not show any signs of use;
- Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, including food items.
- Sealed products.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
-Personalized items (name and/or badge—including player names).
-Underwear (boxers, socks, bikinis, among others).
-Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, including food items.
-Sealed products.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
