Returns and Deadlines
Can I return products ordered from the Loja Verde Online store?
Yes, you have 30 days to return the item starting from the moment you receive your order, subject to the following conditions (as outlined in Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions):
- We do not accept returns of personalized items (name and/or badge—including player names).
- We do not accept returns of underwear (boxers, socks, bikinis, etc.).
- The product must be returned in its original box and/or with its original tags attached.
- The product must be in good condition and complete, in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all accessories, manuals, and consumables
- The product must not show signs of use;
- Products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, including food items.
- Sealed products
What are the return policies for my order?

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it. After inspecting the returned order and confirming that it is in unused condition, we will refund the order amount (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Through the Green Store (physical location)
1. Please go to the Green Store at the Stadium with the item you wish to return and the printed receipt for your order.
2. At the store, they will confirm your order and check the condition of the item you are returning.
3. The cost of the order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
Via Loja Verde Online DPD Return Label (valid only for returns within Portugal)
1. A return form and a DPD return label are included with your order (you can also find the form on the Order page next to the invoice).
2. Fill out the return form. If you haven’t received the form, you can download it here.
3. Pack the product along with the corresponding form and attach the return label (label with SCP’s address).
4. Drop off your package at a DPD pickup location (make sure to have the recipient sign the DPD Portugal Return label in the signature field). You can find all available DPD pickup locations at:https://www.dpdgroup.com/pt/mydpd/parcel-shops/search
5. As soon as we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will check its condition and process the refund within 14 days.
How do I return an international shipment?
To return an international order, follow the steps below.
Note: The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

Return form and tracking number:
Along with your order, you will receive a return form and the DHL tracking number associated with the original shipment.
If you have not received the return form, you can request it directly through our customer service by sending an email to apoiolojaonline@sporting.pt.

Fill out the form:
On the form, indicate:
- The reason for the return (e.g., defective product, does not meet expectations, etc.);
- The items being returned; -
Packaging instructions:
Place the item(s) in the original packaging, along with the completed form. -
DHL return label:
The returnlabel is not included with the order. The customer must contact DHL to schedule the return.
-When DHL picks up your package or when you drop it off at a DHL service point, the carrier will provide the shipping label.
-You will need to provide the DHL waybill number that came with your order.
5. Notify DHL:
When shipping the item, please indicate that it is an international return and provide the original waybill number.
Returns outside the European Union
- Returns must be made exclusively through DHL, using the same shipping label that was used for the original shipment.
- When you contact DHL, indicate that this is an international return and provide the shipping label number
After receiving the return:
Refund: Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the returned item. This timeframe may vary during periods of high order volume.
Important notes:
Shipping costs: These are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.
Customs duties: For returns outside the European Union, any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Deadline: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Sporting Clube de Portugal will only refund all amounts paid, including the shipping costs for the initial shipment, if the return is due to a proven defect. If a defective product is returned as part of an order containing more than one item, we will not refund the shipping costs.
In the event of a return due to a change of mind, an incorrect product selection, or a preference for a new product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
How and when will I receive my money?
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 14 days of confirmation that the product has been received at our warehouse.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
During periods of high order volume—such as Christmas, Green November, or promotional campaigns—there may be slight delays in processing returns and refunds.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not accept exchanges for items purchased from Loja Verde Online. If you need to exchange an item, you can return it and make a new purchase.
