Due to the high volume of orders at this time, delivery times may be slightly longer than those indicated in the store. We will always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.  

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from the carrier with a shipping confirmation and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also check the status of your order in your Customer Area on Loja Verde Online website.  

The return policy remains the same during the sale. You have 30 days to exercise your right to return an item, starting from the date you receive your order. Exchanges are not accepted.  

Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage. You must keep all original tags and packaging intact. 

Personalized products (with a name, number, or badge) cannot be returned. 

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days of confirmation that the product has been received at our warehouses. 

Sporting Clube de Portugal will only issue a refund for all amounts paid, including the shipping costs for the original shipment, when the return is due to a proven defect. If a defective product is returned as part of an order containing more than one item, we will not refund the shipping costs. 

In the event of an exchange due to cancellation of the order, selection of the wrong product, or a preference for a new product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

No, clearance sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, such as the member discount, A+ member discount, or birthday discount.
