Is there a fee for in-store pickup?
No, in-store pickup is free.
Can I pick up my order at any Loja Verde store?
No, in-store pickup is only available at the Estádio Green Store.
"In-Store Pickup" is available every day during MegaStore business hours, except on days when there is a game at the stadium, when in-store pickup will not be available.
When can I pick up my order?
- For payments made by 2:00 p.m. on business days, pickup is available starting the next business day;
- For payments made after 2:00 p.m. on business days, funds will be available within 2 business days;
All of these dates are subject to change; please wait for the text message and email before picking up your order in-store.

How do I know if my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive a text message and an email with this information sent to the contacts associated with the order.
The phone number provided must be a Portuguese number. If it is not, we cannot guarantee that the SMS will be delivered.
Where can I pick up my order?
Go to the Pick & Go counter at the Stadium Megastore.
Do I need any proof of identity to pick up my order?
Pickup SMS or order payment email + Buyer’s ID card (or photocopy).
If I can't go to the store to pick up my order, can I have someone else do it for me?
Yes, the person making the withdrawal just needs to have a copy of your ID and the Third-Party Withdrawal Form filled out and signed by you.
What is the deadline for picking up the order?
You have 5 days to pick up your order, starting from the date you receive the text message.
If you are unable to pick up your order within 5 days, it will be returned to our warehouse:
-If it is a custom item, you will be contacted by Loja Verde Online Customer Support.
-If it is not a custom item, you will automatically receive a refund.
